Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused item in its original branded box and secure it within a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage to the blade or handle during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master smiths inspect the returned tool to ensure it remains in pristine condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
